Today marks the beginning of a new business. We still have the sign business, but this new endeavor is something we felt would be great for the kids to work as they get older. Anyway, Tropical Snow is a shaved ice business, not to be confused with a snow cone... they are definitely different!!! Shaved Ice keeps the flavors in the ice, not like snow cones where they go straight to the bottom. We're starting this weekend with three ball parks, WCBO, Waterworks, and Kentucky Sports Park. We have some others in the works too. 
BRIGHT HUH !!! It's real nice inside. I'll post pictures later. YEAH it even has air conditioning....A must for me !!

Last night we had our first training session. About 20 employees came. We practiced our "shaving" technique and pouring flavors, and of course we had to taste the finished products... YUM !!
